Delivery:
Video Edge Multimedia shall use its best endeavor to deliver your order within
ten (10) days after photography is completed. Video Edge Multimedia shall
retain ownership of the virtual tours until such time as full payment has
been received.
Cancellation:
All cancellations or postponements must be provided by telephone, fax or e-mail
within 24 hours of project date, otherwise an Administration Charge of $55
is payable, extenuating circumstances excepted. Please note that overcast
conditions are ideally suited Virtual Tour photography due to consistent light
conditions and gray skies can be retouched in post production.
Travel:
Each Virtual Tour Package includes Video Edge Multimedia traveling to the
shoot location. Venues need to be made available at this time. Should Video
Edge Multimedia be required to travel a second or more time, due to unavailability
of a venue, a 55c per kilometre travel charge will apply.
Samples:
Video Edge Multimedia reserves the right to use a copy of any corporate virtual
tours in the promotion of its product.
Liability:
Whilst Video Edge Multimedia will take all reasonable steps to deliver the
order, Video Edge Multimedia’s liability for any loss or damage incurred
by you as a result of the order not being fulfilled, shall be limited to the
price quoted to you, or paid by you, to Video Edge Multimedia. The purchaser
agrees to inspect the Tour/s and notify Video Edge Multimedia of any defects
within 7 days of their receipt of the Tour/s, failing which Video Edge Multimedia
will have no liability for any defects.
Hosting:
Video Edge Multimedia reserves the right to host all Virtual Tours on its
own servers. This is to facilitate regular updates of the Java applet to ensure
Tours remain of highest possible quality. Should the customers specifically
request to host the Tours themselves, then a discharge fee may be payable.
Copyright:
The authority to use all copyright and trade marks comprised in the product
is held exclusively by Video Edge Multimedia and Video Edge Multimedia reserves
the right to print a copyright notice or disclaimer on all of its products.
Video Edge Multimedia also reserves the right to include a hyper-link to its
own web-site to facilitate technical support. Virtual Tours are not to be
re-engineered in any way, or used for any other purpose than initially sold
for, without direct permission from Video Edge Multimedia.
Payment Conditions:
Payment shall be within 14 days of receiving Video Edge Multimedia’s
invoice. Late payments may incur an extra charge. Payments can be made by
cash, cheque or direct debit. Contractual payments shall be within 14 days
from the end of the month.
