credit card is required as security on all bookings. Deposits can be made
by cash, cheque or credit card. If guests are unable to attend as per the
reservation, our cancellation policy is as follows: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for all cancellations (except during peak periods please see below). Cancellations made within 24 hours of date of arrival will be charged at one nights accommodation per room. This also applies to non-arrivals. People choosing to pay by cash will be required to have checked in by 3.00 pm on their date of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made. During peak periods, a minimum of 72 hours notice from date of arrival is required by this property for all cancellations (eg Easter, Ag Show, Farmfest, Carnival of Flowers).
